Corporate Compliance Program
Vera is the author of the first book on compliance in Russian, ‘Corporate Compliance Program’, a hands-on guide for compliance professionals on how to build a first-class compliance program. Prominent universities across Russian-speaking countries use the book as the main textbook for compliance-related disciplines. In 2016, Vera was honored with the “Promoting Compliance Practices” award in recognition of her authorship of the first-ever book on ethics and compliance in Russian.
